Turns out Eddie Huber's 13 (another showed up after he called me
yesterday) White-winged Scoters weren't a state high count after all ...
Christopher Drake of New Albany was at the Charlestown (IN) State Park
boat ramp on Sunday, March 2nd, and photographed a flock of SEVENTEEN
(17) including a near-adult male out in the river. This is upstream from
Twelve Mile Island in Oldham County. It is certainly possible that the
13 above the Big-4 yesterday were part of the same group.
