[birdky] Eagle and bird ID

Went down to the Cumberland River at the south end of LBL and came across
our friendly neighborhood eagle. He hadn't been seen in almost a month, and
there he was soaring. Made the day.
I photod a bird I can't id because of the placement of yellow on it. I would
like to send to someone to help with the ID.
