[birdky] Long-tailed duck

Eddie and I stopped at the Clark Maritime Ctr (Eagle Steel) this morning and
were able to see the Long-tailed duck. We located it among Canvasbacks,
Redheads, Ruddies and Scaup in the inlet. Just a reminder that if you plan to
go during the week, you need to park in the gravel area off to the side before
the red wrong way sign and walk down the gravel rd.
