[birdky] Long-tailed Duck

We made a quick stop at the Clark Maritime Center this evening around 6:00 pm.
The Long-tailed Duck was still present in the company of six Lesser Scaups.
There were also 11 Common Merganser, 25 Canvasbacks, 12 Redheads, and other
typical diving ducks. The numbers are way down from the last few weeks.
