[birdky] Surf Scoter Campbell Co.

A female Surf Scoter was present at the mouth of the Licking R. at Gen  James 
Taylor Park at Newport this morning. It flew in from the Kenton Co. side  as 
I was watching a small group of Buffleheads (1 male, 3 female). Also  present 
1 pair Ring-necked Ducks and 1 Bonaparte's Gull (there were 18  bonies 
yesterday).
