[birdky] RPT: Record high count for Am White Pelican

According to area manager, Charlie Wilkins, within the past week there were
apparently 2000-2500 American White Pelicans on Mitchell Lake, Ballard WMA!
Unfortunately they have apparently moved on. This is by far a new record
count for KY.
And to think I chased a flock of 7 up the Ohio River above Smithland Dam in
April of 1992 just to try to get a photo of what was then the largest
"flock" I had ever seen in the state!
