3/17 Yahoo Falls, Big South Fork (a very pleasant afternoon on the trails)

Ruffed Grouse 1 (I happened to stop and it flew up from a spot parallel to me. 
If I hadn't stopped I'm sure it would have just sat there undetected. I thought 
I heard one drumming earlier, but it was so faint I wasn't sure.)

Hepatica, Spring Beauty and a couple other wildflowers just starting to bloom
What appeared to be a Southern Two-lined Salamander

Waitsboro, Lake Cumberland
Lesser and Greater Scaups
Green and Blue-winged Teal
Ring-necked Ducks
