Work sent me to KY Dam this morning, it's a tough job but someone had to do 
it!  There was an Adult Lesser Black-back gull sitting on the piling across 
from the boat ramp.  This was the same place Roseanna and I saw it the 29th.
The river is rapidly rising and has risen 4 feet this morning and is 
scheduled to rise 15 feet by Friday.  Gulls have dispersed and there were only 
a 
fraction of what we have been seeing at the dam.
