The number of cranes had dwindled to 275 at McElroy
Lake as of noon yesterday, March 4th. A few small
flocks left while I was there.
The number of Pectoral Sandpipers has grown to 110+,
and the single Dunlin remained. A very early American
Golden Plover dropped in while I was looking through
the Pecs.
I forgot to mention in an earlier report that Jackie
Elmore observed 2 Brewer's Blackbirds at McElroy on
Friday, and there were 4 at Walton's Pond yesterday.
