A few years back I bought an Oriole feeder --like a large. orange
Hummingbird feeder. Never did attract Orioles--only Hummers and some
butterflys--which to say, wasn't too shabby. I have also put out orange
slices --only mockingbirds showed up. However--they really seem to like the
birdbaths I provide (4 different ones)--which at least gives me close-up
views. I will get Baltimore & Orchard.

Having lived in the SW US for many years--where Sandhill crane sightings
were "common"--but no less thrilling--I truly miss them. Thanks for the
memories.
