Hi all,

Today, at UK's spindletop lake in northern Lexington I saw a lovely pair of=
wood ducks sitting together on a rock in the middle of the lake. We usua=
lly have one pair that breeds there each summer, so maybe this is them! M=
y first wood ducks for the year.

Also 2 male American wigeon, and about 25 snipe.

I hope this is the onset of some spring migrants!
Cheers
Ian
