[birdky] RPT: Free State of Logan common birds

17 February:
The following birds of possible note were observed today in Logan County.
At Lake Herndon, (Access through the Boy Scout Camp, specific permission
required), the White-winged Scoter continues to be observed. Also observed
today were 3 Ring-necked Ducks, 1 Mallard, and 7 Pied-billed Grebes.
Within the Russellville city limits at a woodlands adjoining a Crop
Production wetland/drain pool, 2 American Woodcocks were flushed.
That concludes this report.
