open water frozen over, except the Ohio River and a section of Woods  
Tract
Highlights only.

Union Co.

Uniontown Dam:

Pair of Bald Eagles in a a tree by the Ohio
at the dam:

Canvasbacks: 10, with 3 Common Goldeneyes

Slightly up river
Canvasbacks: about 300, with 5 Ringnecks

Overhead several hundred Snow Geese heading up river

Henderson Co.

Ohio River SEt of Mt. Vernon & NW of the Sloughs
about 3000 Snow Geese together on the river
I saw them converging from high in the sky in several flocks
and landing for several minutes.
Then later I was nearer and they were all down in a raft.

Field adjacent to Anderson Pond:
Shovelers, Gadwalls, Widgeons
Overhead another Pair of Bald Eagles soaring.

Woods Tract:
no Tundras visible, a lot of water birds but back lighting made any  
ID difficult
Sauerheber Slough: 2 Turkey Vultures soaring over (very unusual to  
see them
in this area in winter.)
