Mark is right, this should be checked closely. ANY photo would be useful here,
no matter how bad you think it is. Photoshop can do wonders in terms of
bringing out detail that may not be apparent at first blush.

Not to be alarmist, but are you sure that isn't a Townsend's Warbler? It's
just as likely an eastern vagrant in February.
