[birdky] Smith's Longspurs - Fulton County (KY) (Near TN Border

Rob Lane called and reported a small flock of Smith's Longspurs in a field
2.5 miles north of the TN border this morning. From the corner of KY 1282
and KY 311, proceed south on KY 311, to first field road on the right. The
Longspurs were in the grassy field.
KY 311 becomes TN 157, and is the road that runs thru Walnut Log (TN).
