I've been interested in the population trends for many
species of birds in the Upper Cumberland Region for
some time.  I've found the CBC data from Glasgow,
KY, to be instructive in relation to the decline
of Loggerhead Shrikes, the demise of the Bewick's
Wren, the immigration of House Finches (and to
some extent of Canada Geese), and other avian
changes that have taken place over the past half
century or less.
I've placed all Glasgow CBC data at this website--

--in case anyone else has a hankering to see these
data without the hassle of dealing with changed names,
changed taxanomic order, and, of course, much page
flipping through the issues of the KW.
