I went birding for a few hours this am in the Cave Run Lake area.The 
temperature  was around 30 with overcast skies.Some of the species reported 
were:
Minor Clark Fish Hatchery:
Bonaparte's Gull-7
Ring-billed Gull-22
Bald Eagle-2nd Year-1
Sharp-shinned Hawk-1
Eastern Phoebe-1
Eastern Bluebird-1
Belted Kingfisher-1
Cedar Waxwing-3
Bufflehead-4
Mallard-15
Great Blue Heron-14

Shallow Flats Ponds-North of Hatchery on Rte. 801:
Bufflehead-13
Gadwall-13
Hooded Merganser-5
Ring-necked Duck-5
American Wigeon-2
Wood Duck-2

Stoney Cove Rec. Area at Dam:
Ruby-crowned Kinglet-1
Golden-crowned Kinglet-1
Red-breasted Nuthatch-1
Eastern Towhee-1
Field Sparrow-several
White-throated Sparrow-several
