KOS officers are in the final stages of planning the program and activities
for the spring meeting to be held in April at Kentucky Dam Village.
 
In keeping with tradition, any member wishing to present a short program on
Friday evening is encouraged to pursue that option.  If you are interested
in making such a presentation, you should contact me at the contact
information at the end of this message.
 
I ask that you make this contact no later later than March 31, 2004.
 
Thank you for support.  I look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
