[birdky] RFI: Tail feathers

We have a bob-tailed male Cardinal at our feeder. Except for some difficulty
with balance, he seems in good condition so I am assuming he has met with some
sort of encounter with a hawk or cat. Can anyone tell me if the tail feathers
will grow back?
