[birdky] Black Scoter

The Black Scoter on the Ohio River was still present this afternoon. She
had been on the Taylor Park side but was spooked and headed to the other
side. I drove over and got some pictures.....lousy I might add as I
couldn't get that close and the light was poor. Nevertheless, I have posted
the pictures if anyone is interested.
