[birdky] KY & Barkley Dams 1/18/03

It was not a pleasant day to be out around the dams. Chilled to the bone is
the expression that comes to mind. The lakes are still above winter pool. The
majority of gulls were gathering above and below KY dam.
One Lesser Black-backed and one Glaucous gull were seen below KY Dam.
