On Sunday 4, 2004 my uncle Dewayne Baskette, Kevin Baskette and Shane Adams
drove through the Black Bayou Refuge in Tiptonville Northwest of ReelFoot Lake
we saw a 2 Bald Eagles and a Super Flocks of Mallards in the Refuge and Snows
and Blue Geese, and Green Winged Teal.
