[birdky] Paradise Spotted Towhee

Hello,
Yesterday I tried to relocated the Spotted Towhee that
Brainard found on the Paradise CBC. I found the
location where the bird was seen, but I was not able
to locate the Spotted Towhee. I still feel it could be
there, however. It was rather late in the morning when
I arrived, so the Towhee may have been done feeding
for the morning. There is enough good habitat there
that it could easily remain hidded if it so desired.
In addition to all the species that Brainard mentioned
were in the flock I saw a Carolona Wren, a FOX
SPARROW, and a SWAMP SPARROW.. The Wren and the
Sparrows remained near the road the whole time I was
there. I saw some Carninals and 2 Eastern Towhees when
I first arrived, but they soon moved up the hill
behind the barn. While there I ascertained that the
area just over the hill from the homestead is part of
the PEABODY WMA.
