Landing, Honker Bay etc.
Pied-billed Grebe 8
Black duck 25 + 1 black/mallard hybrid
Mallard 20+
Gadwall 40+
Canvasback 15+
Lesser Scaup 200+
Common Goldeneye 400+
Bufflehead 75+
Hooded Merganser 150+
Common Merganser 5 (Honker Bay--Thanks Hap)
Red-br Merganser 2
Ruddy Duck 6
Ring-billed gull 3000 + (Most at Bark Dam and Kuttawa)
Herring gull 30 +
Bonaparte's gull 200+
Numbers are estimates only and do not include many many birds that heat
distortion and wind made unidentifiable.
