I almost overlooked a Rusty Blackbird yesterday while trying unsuccessfully
for about an hour to get a Fox Sparrow to pose on top of a corn stalk for
me.
Cardinals are also the most prominent birds around here on days when the
blackkbirds are in some other county.
No new species, but many more birds are coming to my feeders since the
snowfall.
