[birdky] Muscatatuck NWR CBC Corrections

A further check of the results of the CBC at
Muscatatuck NWR revealed the following corrections
needed to be made. The total number of birds, 2366,
remains unchanged. However, the number of species
should be 64 rather than 63.
Mourning Dove (was 508) should be: 92
Rock Dove (was unmentioned) should be: 416
