[birdky] Lake Barkley White Pelicans

On a short visit to Prizer Point Marina on the east side of Lake Barkley
today I counted 55 White Pelicans in Hurricane Creek. They were feeding with
several hundred Ring-billed, a couple dozen Bonapartes and several Herring
Gulls. A good number of Double-crested Cormorants were also present. All
were close to the campground area and easy to see.
Across the bay I counted over 20 Great Blue Herons along the shoreline. A
neat spectacle!
