Birded Saturday evening in Sullivan County on the Hawthorne Mines area just 
north of CR650S on CR700E seeing 8 Short Eared Owls and several NOHA hawks 
and Great horned owl just after sunset.  Returned to this area Sunday Morning 
to see several Harriers, two Northern Rough Legged Hawks, Numerous redtails 
and to our surprise and Immature Golden Eagle seen on the large power poles 
running west of CR700E just north of CR650.  This bird was watched via scope 
as it moved to several other poles before proceeding south along the pole 
line just west of CR700E.  We attempted to relocate the bird farther south 
without success.  But this bird is probably frequenting the area with the 
abundant prey and habitat to be seen.
