We conducted our count on Jan. 4th with pretty decent weather.  Our numbers
are extremely low, I think mainly because most participants hiked the trails
at the state park and the Red River Gorge.  Next year we'll add a bit more
time on the road as well.

We had 414 individuals in 27 species:

9 N Cardinals
30 Purple Finches
19 Am Goldfinches
