[birdky] Falmouth CBC

The Falmouth winter bird count was held in portions of Bracken and Pendleton
Counties on January 4, 2003. Six particpants recorded 57 species on the day.
Highlights included Common Loon (3), Bald Eagle (3), Merlin (1), Winter Wren
(1), and Rusty Blackbird (1).
