I observed this illusive beast in a 20-inch Starmaster in Kansas City in
2006. It looked like a faint thumbprint on the eyepiece!

Great shot, Chris. You caught several of the O and B supergiants. Nice
job!

Subject: [AZ-Observing] WLM - A challenging Local Group Galaxy

HI all,

This one has it all, extremely challenging to image,
dim, low surface brightness, excitingly close to the
Milkyway, almost never imaged by anyone, and yes -
resolution into super giant stars:

Id love to hear your comments on this unusual
object...

Thanks to Tom Polakis for bringing this one to my
attention!

Chris
