[AZ-Observing] Sentinel next week

This is probably too early to get an accurate forcast, but the Phoenix
NOAA for Yuma (which is the closest I can get to Sentinel) shows for
next Friday partly cloudy, and then flips for Saturday, partly sunny. It
doesn't look too good now.
