I heard a measurement of 35 degrees sometime after 5:00.

I left just before 6:00 and saw at least two in the dawn twilight while
was on I-8.
The moon was being greatly distorted as it set (at times slightly
flattened, at others like a rounded stop sign). I last saw it just above
the horizon just after I passed the Ak-Chin Casino. After I got through
Maricopa, any view of the moon was blocked by the Estrella mountains.
