Environment Canada has a good forecast tool that attempts to predict
cloudiness using their regional model. You can find it about halfway down
the page at:
http://www.cmc.ec.gc.ca/cmc/htmls/clds_vis_e.html
Look for, "Regional model, satellite simulation, Western United-States
window" and click on the first Animation link (initialized at 0h UT).
Currently about 18 hours before the big event, it predicts at 9h UT on the
19th a lot of clouds around the Southwest, but much of Arizona sandwiched
between them in the clear.
