It might be worth mentioning that cloudiness is poorly
correlated with precip in these parts. The Four Corners location
is treeless high desert that gets much less rain/snow than
Flagstaff but it is the cloudiest place in Arizona. The expectation
is that though precip is likely to be low over the winter, we'll
probably get plenty of subtropical jet cirrus, and the number of
clear nights will not be much different than usual.
