[AZ-Observing] More on El Nino winter

The latest round of long-term climate forecasts has been issued
by the NWS:

http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/predictions/long_range/two_class.html

http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/predictions/long_range/fxus05.html

.....where the first URL is for the batch of clickable maps, and the
second contains the associated yak-yak about the models.
In brief, the El Nino pattern of Pacific sea-surface temperatures
continues to develop, so there is greater confidence in the
Southwest US having a wet winter.
