[AZ-Observing] Weak El Nino Predicted for 2004/2005

In Friday's Arizona Republic, in an article about ADOT "salting roads" in
Northern Arizona this winter, they mention that a weak El Nino will occur
this winter and what it means for Arizona: drier fall, normal winter, and
wetter spring.
