This is where I will insist again on looking at the associated clear-sky
*map*. For the All-AZ site, click on the white square for transparency
at, say, 18:00 local time Friday, and up comes a map that shows much
better conditions to the north. I'm doubtful that the geographic accuracy
of the forecast is that good, so I will remain hopeful for Friday night.
