There's another option too: club purchase of a piece of land. Once =
you're
off the highway and in the middle of nowhere, which is exactly where
astronomers want to be, land gets cheap. It would be a long-term =
investment
too: if the city move3d toward it and we got "lighted out", it could =
then be
sold at a profit and used to fund another far-out location.
