[AZ-Observing] Re: Observing in Arizona

Reading these observing accounts kind of gives me a shiver. I'm from
Chicago so I guess I am not aware of all the nuances of the area. Back =
in
the Midwest we such strange notions - things like civil rights, =
reasonable
suspicion/cause before being able to be pulled over, not put in jeopardy =
by
the various police agencies (that head on pull over sure sounds safe), =
and
the like. Am I missing something or have we somehow waived our civil =
rights
by living in Arizona? Frankly, anyone pulling me over had better have a
pretty good reason. Being a left over from the Sixties, I am not a real =
big
fan of these Gestapo tactics. Last I knew, this is still the United =
States
and the Constitution is in effect. Someone please fill me in.
