[AZ-Observing] Cloud formation - What caused this one?

Sitting by the pool, I noticed this cloud pattern, and can't for the life of me
figure out how it could have formed. The linked photo doesn't show it as well
as I'd like, but the clouds were all circular in shape and evenly spaced apart
in two parallel and nearly straight lines.
Any of the weather experts want to hazard an opinion?
