Laptop settings for Windows XP.
I'll attempt to post this attachment, but if it doesn't work, here is
the big tip: Under display properties -> Settings, "Windows and
Buttons", you have two choices: use Windows XP style or Classic Windows
style. Choose Classic Windows as it allows you to customize more items.
Once you get it the way you like it, you can save it under the "themes"
tab with a custom name.
My settings work pretty well for MegaStar, and it may prove a good
starting point for other programs as well.

Just save this item in your "my documents"  folder and the display
dialog box should pick it up.
