[AZ-Observing] Re: Leonid Viewing Sites

Forgive me for applying old news to a new topic, but I'll remind list
members that my site is about 60 miles north of the Kofa site. It's harder
to reach, though: from Phoenix, you drive about 110 miles up Highway 93 to
Wikieup, then 17 miles west along a dirt road, and lastly 10 miles north
along a gravel road. Moreover, the agenda at my place is pretty serious:
observing Leonids in assigned areas of the sky, pressing buttons on a keypad
when you see one, etc. If you just want to have some fun and watch the show,
my place is not a good idea. But if you'd like to make a contribution to
science, I could use a few more observers. If you're curious, contact me
soon.
