Re-reading the EVAC flyer for the All-AZ Star Party, it did contain
suggestions to park in the southern forty if one was staying all night, and
that early leavers' park in the north. And they did.
So, I credit EVAC for good planning. Some just forgot to park in the
south of the field.
Yes, it was an excellent evening. I thought the seeing and
transparency were damned good and the sky was clear of clouds !
We in Arizona are pretty spoiled and often complain about the
conditions. My views were excellent.
