[AZ-Observing] Herschel 400

Hi Folks,
As I am a beginner, to observe the Herschel 400 ( I know it will take
awhile) while I be able to observe all the items on the list with a 10" DOB?
Also in the October issue of Astronomy Magazine there is an article titled "
Observe Autumn's Best Nebulae". Again will I be able see these nebulae
through a 10" DOB. I know they wouldn't appear like those that appear (color,
size)
as in the magazine.
