Hi All-
As promised, here are 4 shots from my efforts this morning.
http://alice.as.arizona.edu/~ketelsen/Aurigid1.jpg
This is a full frame, unmanipulated image - I don't think I even adjusted
levels (oops, I did resize it...)... Shows the full field of the 10-22mm
lens (set to 10mm @ F/3.5) and pretty good images all the way to the
corners, though there is some vignetting with the ultra-wide field. This
was my second exposure and caught 2 Aurigids, one near the Hyades, the
other just north of Castor and Pollux.

This one is a pretty tight crop of the meteor near the Hyades in the
previous shot. Many of the brighter ones show the green color at the
beginning like Leonids, which are also very fast as they enter the
atmosphere.

Another bright one near Castor and Pollux...

Another tight crop of a bright one near Beta Auriga and Mars (right).

Probably my favorite - a vertical crop of one that I recall was about
magnitude -4.
Ok, thats it - hope you enjoyed them and got to see some first hand!
