Rick,
My information was from the news article that was referenced in
Az-observing yesterday. Unfortunately, I have already deleted the
message and so I do not have the url to go back and reread it. If the
news article was highly biased, than I would like to know in what way.
Also, as you can see in my one sentence question below, I made no
comparison to LM but would like to know more about how it compares to
B-N - If you know. The news article did not say much about LM except to
give an impression, as I recall, that its experience was significantly
less than B-N with regard to the contract that was awarded. Is the the
experience of LM in this context incorrect?
