[AZ-Observing] Vandenberg Rocket Launch

A HUGE thank you to Dean Ketelsen for the notice on this fabulous rocket
launch opportunity. It was much more visible than I expected and the
various phases of the launch and plume development were quite beautiful
and awe inspiring. Two of the many photographs I took of it tonight can
