[AZ-Observing] Comet C/2002 T7 (LINEAR) orbit revision

Similarly to the previous post, this comet also has a hyperbolic
orbit, and is predicted (again by the JPL Horizons service) to be up
around mag. 0 to 1 in the morning sky in early May 2004. Orbit details
