[AZ-Observing] Re: Cherry Rd Report - not good

Sympathy from a former 'AZ-Observer'. We've had a mostly miserable
observing summer. We've finally got some decent skies with little to no
smoke from the 400,000 acres burning all over Idaho and we're heading
up into the Owyhee Mountains in SW Idaho.
